Over three unforgettable days, 15 destination wedding planners from the United States joined 20 carefully selected European service providers for an experience built around meaningful relationships, luxury hospitality, and unforgettable shared moments.
A Spectacular Start in St. Moritz
Our retreat began with a warm welcome at Hotel Europa St. Moritz, where hosts Marc and Linda greeted our guests with outstanding hospitality and made everyone feel at home from the very beginning.
The official kick-off then took place at the legendary Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, setting the tone for an extraordinary retreat. From there, guests made their way to Paradiso St. Moritz, high above the Engadin valley, where breathtaking mountain views, music, and an unforgettable atmosphere created the perfect setting for authentic conversations and new connections.

Back at Hotel Europa, the day concluded with a traditional Swiss cheese fondue dinner, accompanied by an energetic roaming band from LDN Entertainment in London. The evening blended Swiss hospitality with international entertainment, creating memorable moments.
Experiencing St. Moritz Together
The second morning was intentionally left open for guests to experience St. Moritz at their own pace. Whether skiing on world-famous slopes or enjoying a relaxing wellness experience, everyone had the opportunity to discover the destination in their own way.
During the afternoon, we visited several outstanding hotels throughout St. Moritz for exclusive site inspections. Guests explored elegant rooms, luxurious suites, and exceptional wedding facilities while gaining valuable insight into some of the region’s most prestigious venues.
These visits naturally sparked conversations about future collaborations, destination weddings, and new international partnerships.
A Celebration to Remember
The retreat concluded with an unforgettable Gala Dinner at Steak & More, one of the region’s most renowned steakhouses.
Surrounded by outstanding cuisine, inspiring conversations, and an elegant atmosphere, planners and partners celebrated another successful edition of the retreat. The evening continued with a lively closing party featuring LDN Entertainment, whose performance provided the perfect finale to three remarkable days together.
Looking around the room, it was impossible not to notice how much the community had grown. Familiar faces reunited, new friendships were formed, and exciting collaborations were already beginning to take shape.
